If the U.S. goes to a pandemic level 6 (the highest phase of the WHO pandemic plan) look for implementation of Operation Cable Splicer and Operation Garden Plot.
Per Alex Jones live broadcast 4-30-09: At Pandemic level 6 his documents indicate that if you refuse a forced vaccination you could be detained for up to a year and be fined up to $250,000.
