DO YOU FEEL A "DRAFT"?

The following quotes are from cuttingedge.org/news/n1449.cfm. unless otherwise noted. I personally do not agree with all of this individual's conclusions. However, I do believe that there is a "plan" being followed which will result in a world government to be led eventually by the Antichrist and that our leader's decisions are in fact guided by this plan. Wait a minute you say. This is preposterous! I will give you several examples to illustrate my points below and then explain why these are happening.
After General Noriega was overthrown in Panama in 1989, a communist Chinese company with ties to the Chinese communist military (Hutchison Wampoa) was allowed to lease and control shipping through the Panama Canal. This is still the case today. This was the reason for Noriega's ouster from Panama and not for drug running and money laundering (a plausable excuse).
Why would the United States voluntarily give up control of such a strategic waterway? (after Noriega had been removed). If the communist Chinese for whatever reason would shut down shipping in the canal (war for example) our pacific naval fleet would be forced to travel around the tip of South America to get to the Atlantic and vice versa adding many days delay in arrival time.
Why would former President Clinton accept campaign contributions from a Chinese intermediary who fronted for a communist Chinese shipping company and banking conglomerate?
Why did the Clinton administration "pull strings" to allow a communist Chinese company known as COSCO (Chinese Offshore Shipping Company) to lease a former U.S. naval facility ( the Long Beach Naval Facility) in California and allow Chinese war ships to dock there?
This Chinese company (COSCO) has been accused of importing small military type assault weapons into this country and selling them to street gangs in Los Angeles and other large American cities.
Why did the Clinton administration also change the approval process to enable the communist Chinese to import sensitive missile guidance components and high speed computer components?
If you look on the map on page two of the above link to the cuttingedge.org website you will notice that zone 66 on the map is to be patrolled by Mongolian (Chinese) troops. Perhaps the unexplained examples I have just illustrated above will suddenly start to make sense. You will notice that zone 66 on the map includes a small part of southern California including the former Long Beach Naval Facility.
You will also notice when you look at the map that the Northeast U.S. will be patrolled by Columbian and Venezuelan troops; the southern U.S by Russian troops; the Midwest by Belgian troops; the Northwest, including north and central California by Irish troops; and Canada by Mongolian (Chinese) troops. You will also note that this map was drawn up by the World Association of Parliamentarians for World Government in 1952 .
Why bring foreign troops into the United States to quell unrest? Because "they" know as the Communist's learned in Russia that American troops will have a difficult time firing on and killing fellow Americans when we lose our sovereignty and become subject to a world government enforced by brute force.
