Friday, Feb. 19 2010 — UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown in a speech given to the Progressive Governance Conference in London.
Gordan Brown's Proposal:
"I believe first of all that we now need nothing short of a world constitution for the global financial system."Notice the bogeyman opponents that the globalists will "save us from": climate change and global terrorism. Climate change as I have written previously is based on doctored logarithms and false data.
"And fourth with globalization we have a unique chance to recognize our global interdependence as citizens and work towards a truly global society and that is a world free from climate change catastrophe, its a world free from terrorism....."
Terrorism is created and funded by large governments in the control of globalists to justify huge expenditures for instituting the coming police state to control native citizens in democracies around the world.
This is a massive global attack on our rights as free and independent citizens. We must recognize it as such.
In addition to the globalists such as Gordon Brown calling for a world society and world financial constitution there are various organizations such as THE WORLD ORGANISATION OF UNITED CITIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS which has placed over 600 U.S. cities under control of the United Nations by signing contracts with this organization. Also note the repeated references to "sustainable development" and the reference to "Agenda 21".

Another international group pushing for global unification is the World Parliament working under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.
The World Constitution and Parliament Association, since 1982, has been organizing Provisional World Parliaments under the authority of Article 19 of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. These Parliaments are not simply conferences about peace and democracy. They derive their authority to debate and enact provisional world legislation from the Earth Constitution, as outlined in Article 19. Voting delegates at these Parliaments must sign a pledge that they recognize the Earth Constitution as the supreme law for planet Earth. The Club of Rome is one of the international organizations which has already carved the world into ten regions which they term "kingdoms" (right out of Revelation 17:12-13) in a report titled: Regionalized and Adoptive Model of the Global World System published to its members in 1973
Where will this globalization of the world into "ten" kingdoms lead? Why has the United States been divided into "ten" Fema Regions? Why did Barry Sotaro (Obama) institute the Council of "ten" Governors?

According to the New American quoting the press release from the White House Office of the Press Secretary regarding the Council of ten Governors:

The nature of this new Council of Governors and its powers raises the question as to whether it could become the precursor for a national police force.In other words we now have a battle hardend U.S. army division tasked with the continental United States as its active theater of combat operations which can call on the Canadian army to station Canadian troops inside the United States!
Back in 2008, retired lawman Jim Kouri wrote:
In a political move that received little if any attention by the American news media, the United States and Canada entered into a military agreement on February 14, 2008, allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis, according to a police commander involved in homeland security planning and implementation.
"This is a military plan that's designed to bypass the Posse Comitatus Act that traditionally prohibited the US military from operating within the borders of the United States. Of course, the groundwork for this US-Canadian agreement occurred in 2002 when President G.W. Bush created USNORTHCOM. For the first time in U.S. history, an entire Army division has been tasked with "homeland defense efforts and to coordinate defense support of civil authorities." (Source: USNORTHCOM official website) Plus, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, which passed with almost unanimous bipartisan support, and was signed into law in January 2008 by then-President Bush, required the implementation of the COG.
This can only mean one thing. That the U.S. government has laid the groundwork and is preparing to meld the United States and Canada together militarily. (Fits right in with the Club of Rome plan to form kingdom #1. See Club of Rome map at the bottom of the webpage). It also means that if there is any uprising of the U.S. population it will be quelled with brute force possibly with foreign Canadian troops in conjunction with U.S. troops. In short the U.S. government is fully prepared to institute a police state if necessary to merge the U.S. and Canada together into the final world 10 kingdom confederation.

"This moment is indeed historical in that our elected leaders in this town(Washington D.C.) are working feverishly to push through a measure whose effects on your freedom are probably unconstitutional. And they are not only ignoring popular will, they are saying out loud that they don't care what you think. Their cover story comes down to the equivalent of -
"Don't you worry. We know what's best for you. Just wait; you'll like it once we make it mandatory for you to put your faith in our ultimate wisdom and our right to shove this down your throats. Go ahead; throw us out of office in 2010 and maybe down the road in 2012. We and our fellow oppressives who follow us will ultimately reap the benefits of our power grab. In the end, there will be one-party rule. Once the takeover is complete and the population is dependent on what we have embedded in your every-day life, then we rule forever. Every election, we will pounce on any opponent who dares to hint at the slightest inclination to rein in our power, we'll accuse him or her of trying to toss you out into the gutter. We've used these scare tactics on other entitlements, and it works every time. Remember when George W. Bush tried to head off the bankruptcy of Social Security? Out of our way, or you're next."
They don't come out and use that precise language, of course, but if you follow their own rhetoric to its logical conclusion, that is their intent. If that is not what you want to see happen, you must weigh in - you and millions of others. If enough pressure is brought to bear, those lawmakers who are on the fence or even inclined to vote for that 2700-page monstrosity hopefully will come to their senses, and repel the effort to make us another socialist state on the order of what prevails in much of Europe (or ultimately worse: a pale carbon copy of outright dictatorships that have come to power and thrived on the propaganda that they're doing this for "your own good" because "we all benefit").
One doctor who has weighed in on the healthcare bill is Dr. Stephen E. Frazer, MD who practices as an anesthesiologist in Indianapolis, Indiana. He sent a letter to Senator Bayh of Indiana which appeared in the Indianapolis Star which is reprinted below:
Senator Bayh,As you may have heard, Senator Bayh decided not to seek reelection rather than loose face by being defeated at the polls.
As a practicing physician I have major concerns with the health care bill before Congress. I actually have read the bill and am shocked by the brazenness of the government's proposed involvement in the patient-physician relationship. The very idea that the government will dictate and ration patient care is dangerous and certainly not helpful in designing a health care system that works for all. Every physician I work with agrees that we need to fix our health care system, but the proposed bills currently making their way through congress will be a disaster if passed.
I ask you respectfully and as a patriotic American to look at the following troubling lines that I have read in the bill. You cannot possibly believe that these proposals are in the best interests of the country and our fellow citizens.
Page 22 of the HC Bill: Mandates that the Govt will audit books of all employers that self-insure!!
Page 30 Sec 123 of HC bill: THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.
Page 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill: YOUR HEALTH CARE IS RATIONED!!!
Page 42 of HC Bill: The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC benefits for you. You have no choice!
Page 50 Section 152 in HC bill: HC will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.
Page 58 HC Bill: Govt will have real-time access to individuals' finances & a 'National ID Health card' will be issued! (Papers please!)
Page 59 HC Bill lines 21-24: Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for elective funds transfer. (Time for more cash and carry)
Page 65 Sec 164: Is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in unions & community organizations: (ACORN).
Page 84 Sec 203 HC bill: Govt mandates ALL benefit packages for private HC plans in the 'Exchange.'

Senator, I guarantee that I personally will do everything possible to inform patients and my fellow physicians about the dangers of the proposed bills you and your colleagues are debating.
Furthermore, if you vote for a bill that enforces socialized medicine on the country and destroys the doctor-patient relationship, I will do everything in my power to make sure you lose your job in the next election.
