The Obama administration has announced it will now rule by executive order and ignore Congress and the American people.
According to the New York Times:
"With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities," reports The New York Times. "We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues," said Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff.Obama’s plan to rule by authoritarian decree is unconstitutional. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution states: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." Article II, Section 3 states that the president may call Congress into emergency session during a national crisis. During a national crisis executive orders can be implemented to take away any constitutional rights you thought you had. You are at the total mercy of the government.
During the election, Obama not only said he would not issue executive orders but he would reverse those issued during the Bush era. On his very first day in office, Obama broke this pledge and implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489 barring the release of presidential records (presumably including his birth certificate).
Obama also signed executive orders allowing Interpol to operate beyond the law in the United States and establishing the Council of Governors.
Obama will continue the process of rule by decree established by his predecessors. He will rule in the tradition of the Roman Second Triumvirate and the Lex Titia decree under Gaius Octavian, general Mark Antony and pontifex maximus Aemilius Lepidus.
It should be noted that the resolution paved the way for the Final War of the Roman Republic and the total collapse of republican government.

Will the U.S, go quietly into the night like China, Germany, and Russia as their societies were transformed into Totalitarian states? Since the United Nations called for banning sites on the internet 8 days ago internet censorship world-wide has drastically increased. In China, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, England censorship of various websites is dramatically increasing.
"We need a kind of World Health Organisation for the Internet," he said.Jay Rockefeller recently stated: "The internet should never have been invented."
"When there is a pandemic, it organises the quarantine of cases. We are not allowed to organise the systematic quarantine of machines that are compromised."
He also called for a "driver's license" for internet users.
"If you want to drive a car you have to have a license to say that you are capable of driving a car, the car has to pass a test to say it is fit to drive and you have to have insurance."

The Microsoft Corporation has worked with the NSA(National Security Agency) over the last decade giving the NSA special access codes in all windows operating systems authenticating modules signed by Microsoft, letting them run without user intervention.
On Tuesday, the United States Patent Office awarded Microsoft a patent for the Automatic Censorship of Audio Data for Broadcast, an invention that addresses 'producing censored speech that has been altered so that undesired words or phrases are either unintelligible or inaudible.' The patent describes methods for muting offensive words and replacing them with less offensive versions, and 'a third alternative provides for overwriting the undesired word with a masking sound, i.e., "bleeping" the undesired word with a tone.'

They are probing, taking aim at the big internet sites first such as Alex Jones to determine the strength of the opposition. Unless lawsuits are filed and an outcry is heard throughout the land the only other source of independent information will be silenced and freedom of expression will be lost permanently.
